Audad hunting!!!!
« on: January 18, 2010, 10:16:36 AM »
Well the Boss and I leave today for El Paso for our audad hunt it is going to be great. We have free run of 90,000 acres and there are sheep all over this country. The area where we are hunting is all open these sheep are free range and cagey as hell so I am bringing out the big stick 300 ultra mag and she is ready to bark. I hope every one is doing good out there and hope to have pics up when we get home!!!
work hard and reap the reward or dont and get left behind!!!

you don't have to have a tag... they are an exotic you just have to have a TX hunting license... no closed season and no bag limit either...  Good luck man that is the area i'm from !  you'll probably hunting in between el paso and van horn?  I've killed a few bigger aoudads outta that area... i've also killed some monster West TX muleys....  if you don't mind me asking who's land are you hunting?  everyone knows everyone up there and i probably know who it is...

Good luck with the hunt and make sure you post some pictures.  I have been wanting to hunt Aoudad for a while.  Would love to pick your brain once the hunt is over.
I didn't say it was your fault, I said I was blaming you.
If I ageed with you, then we'd both be wrong.
