Mike is somewhere near 70 years of age, he is slowing down on how much work he takes in but his work is without question, some of the finest you will find anywhere. Mike has been building custom hunting rigs and extremely accurate target rifles for, my guess? 50 years. He is one of the most honest, nicest and friendliest humane beings you will ever have the pleasure of meeting.

Mike works out of his home in a converted garage in Covington just north of the Kent Kangley on SE 164Th St, his home is very modest just as he is. You will never regret having known Mike Palazzo, he is a true gentleman and a master of firearms.

It's been a couple of years since I last visited Mike but I'm sure he is still at his lathe working away on yet another great shooter for some very lucky guy.

One of the post I found on Mike said that one year at 1000yd nationals match, he built 4 of the top ten rifles......That is extremely impressive!

As many have already said, Mike is awesome.  I have known him and his family for almost 20 years, his work speaks for itself.  He doesn't really advertise much because he doesn't have to, word of mouth does it all for him.  I'm actually glad to see his name come up in this thred with so many good words.  Take your gun to him and you will not be disappointed.

Dave, formerly of Dave's Harbor Guns in Aberdeen is still doing business out of his home. He is the originator of the "Whizz Bang" He also is an older Gentleman and can build anything you can imagine. He is still in the Ocean Beaches area for those that live more southwest and if you need a number for him PM me and I will hook ya up.
Some people spend their entire life wondering if they made a difference. Marines don't have that problem.
He who shed blood with me shall forever be my brother.
