Thanks guys.  Garrett ya, but the only bad thing is that it publises a good are, and makes it harder for everyone that already hunts there to get a tag, thats the downfall of these dang magazines.  I cool to get an article in but it could potentially ruin a good spot.  Anyways thanks.

Congrats to your grandpa, I hope I can still walk when I'm 75.

I was there and helped drag it out.  Steep country for an old cuss.  Grandpa had it strapped to a tree with a hank of line and partially gutted it.  Had to tie it up to keep it from rolling over the bank.  Spooky thing was when we got there to drag it, there was a huge rainbow across the sky, and the end of it was right where the buck lay.  Maybe that was supposed to be some kind of message.

We been hunting them hills for decades, and we had a pretty good shindig after Dad went to sleep!  His biggest buck!

I have another pic.  I'll send it after I figure out how this machine works.

Here's a field photo of Dad's buck.  Last I talked to him, he said his bags are packed, and he's already gearing up for 2008!

I hope that I can still move around enough to hunt like that when I'm that age . Great buck!

He looks like he is in pretty good shape for a 75 year old. Looks tough too. Looks like he could still kick some ass too. :chuckle: :dunno:
