Varmint hunting club?
« on: January 19, 2010, 11:48:41 AM »
Does anybody know of any Predator / Varmint hunting clubs around the Puyallup / Tacoma area?  If not, anybody interested in starting one?  I am in the Bonney Lake area.   :dunno:

I do agree, the Hunt Washington Forum is full of good info and such... but..
I want to get a group of sportsman / women that want to get together and have fun together in the great outdoors hunting yotes and the such.  If interested, send me a PM and we will get together and start something great ! !  I am heading out this weekend to the Greenwater area to do some calling....

PM sent.
The only difference between a butt kisser and a brown noser is depth perception.

how exactly would said varmint club work? Ive found that the more people you have hunting the worse the odds. for every person with you in the field that's just more sent, movement and noise. i have a max of 1 other person with me and that's useally the exception. i am in your area and a avid predator hunter. let me know just what you have in mind.
No people will tamely surrender their Liberties, nor can any be easily subdued, when knowledge is diffused and Virtue is preserved. On the Contrary, when People are universally ignorant, and debauched in their Manners, they will sink under their own weight without the Aid of foreign Invaders.

This idea is really taking off.  I have got all of your messages and have started a log so we can keep in contact.

Littlebuf:  Will do, As it grows, I will  keep you informed.  If you can, PM me your E-Mail and I will add you to the list as things develop and go out.

WildfireArcher:  Got you down as well.  Do I have your E-Mail?

The interested number is up close to ten now.  Looking good.

I went to the area above Greenwater today, off Forestry Road 70.  Went up the hills about 1/2 mile above snow line.  Made 2 stands in light falling snow with about 3 inches on the ground and drew a blank (RATS ! ! !)  No tracks or scat.  A lot of small animal tracks on the roads though... there is always next time.
