Bone do you have a picture of the tail? The only way you can honestly tell a true blacktail is by the tail. It has awfully big ears maybe it's a benchleg!!!

Everyone is SO opinionated on how you hunt these things.  It's MY way or the highway, you say.  Well, I think that we all need to stick together - whether you're trapping them, whacking them with sticks, poisoning them or whatever.  The anti-mousers are just trying to divide us...

There is controversy on here whether or not baiting is a legit hunting tactic.  I was somewhat against it only in th efact I hadn't tried it, so I decided to take a gander.  Sure enough, the buck walked right up to my bait station and I snapped a pic.   I need to work out the trail cam though as laying there on the ground waiting got to be kinda uncomfortable.

Great pics.  In the past, when I've been my own trailcam, I've taken a barbeque, radio and a lawnchair.  It really helped to pass the time.  Of course, I've never posted a pic in the trail cam section...
