I don't know how many of you ever hunt spring bears in Oregon, but a heads up on the application deadline anyway. Applications are due by Feb 10th. License fees have gone up this year. Out of State License is $140.50, Controlled hunt application fee $8.00, Spring bear tag (should your application be successful) $182.50.
