Get down with the disco..Updated..Just before lunch!
« on: February 17, 2011, 10:26:38 AM »
Well here is My Disco.
It is made from a 24 inch horrow disc and weighs in at around 25 lbs.It is known in mexico as a discada.Or in the south west as a cowboy wok.

Here Im throwing together a little stirfry on the disco..

Nothing better than cooking outdoors regardless if Im using My Big Iron Hog or a pile of Dutch Ovens the disco always fits in.I use the disco about 3-5 times a week for everything from Breakfast to lunch to dinner.

Here is My Brisket Smoke House hash.
Grab a nice pile of smoked brisket.

Veggies

Add it all together.

Serve with eggs on top and sausage gravey and enjoy with a nice cup of coffee

Enjoy. Thanks for looking at my disco.

Philly cheese steaks..

Man they were good..
Getting down with the disco.

When the disco is on the back porch I use propane burner.
Im planning on building one that will be suspended by my Dutch oven bipod for cooking over a wood fire.

Very nice whitey!  I have two I'm working on right now.  One a 24" and one smaller.  They work great.
