So is this a hound type permit?

Nevermind, I just read your screen name.  :chuckle:  I have been seeing some guys with dogs running cats in a couple places.  I cut tracks often when I'm out hiking.  Just cut some fresh tracks on Tuesday.  Looked to be at least 2 cats maybe mom and cub.

Saw at least two tonight at The Wildcard in East Wenatchee.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Personally, I'd strictly hunt the mission area.

I know there has been a big cat in the Pitcher Canyon area. I was lucky enough to watch it chase down a doe while I was up there spotting deer...thats been a month ago now but it could still be in the area. A friend of mine saw a cat cross Squilchuck Rd. about a mile below the state park...same cat? :dunno: Good luck.
