The first Spokane WA Waterfowl Association Chapter meeting is set for February 11 at 7pm at the Medical Lake Pizza Factory meeting room. I suppose I somewhat deserved those comments. Actually, WWA (WA Waterfowl Association) is a  very local project, "hands on" organisation for the waterfowler:
