Here is an ELk European that just left the shop.  Kids first Elk.  That is a walnut panel that I ordered.  When it came in it was multi colored.

This is the first time I have ordered a panel out of the catolog that has come in looking like that.  I ordered it for another guy and I sent him a pic and he didn't like it.  Which is no problem because that is why I sent him a picture.

The dad came in to look at the panels I had and choose a type of wood for his sons Elk and when he saw this one he wanted it.  I thought it looked cool.  I wasn't going to just put it on someones elk because the colors are so different.  Glad he chose this one.

The panel has great character and looks very nice.
If it aint broke, dont fix it.

And thanks for allowing me to pass on this panel as well.  To me, it kinda threw it off a bit.  But we all have a different eye for presentation, and I am glad this dad and his son will enjoy it.

Looks cool, I see those long screws holding skull to plaque, Do you screw right into the skull? Is there another screw between the teeth? Thanx

Nope no screws in the teeth.  Yes, I screw it right into the skull.  Reinforce the area with an epoxy inside the brain cavity.
