Oh, that's  a bear.  I thought you were standing next to a young Bigfoot... :chuckle:
Before you criticize someone, you should walk a mile in their shoes.  That way, when you criticize them, you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

I am still trying to find out what the pilot program is all about in some of these hunts. I have heard a couple different things one is they send somebody along with you and another is spotting by helicopter. anybody know?
What they mean by pilot program is, this is a "new, experimental" season and they are trying it out to see how it works....(Kinda like T.V. programs), although no longer new, they are keeping the wording so that they can keep it from being an "established" big game season.
In other words, if we screw it up somehow,  they will shut it down without any notice, and they will not have to resort to "proposed changes" or anything....
then it will be gone.......and only hound hunters and private companies will have spring seasons.

I bought my Spring tag this weekend.  Can't wait!!!!  I should be able to get into my area earlier this year.  Come on 1 April!!!!

With minimal (to no) snowpack the season should be a good one on the eastside.
