Do You Need A Permit
« on: January 29, 2008, 09:04:57 PM »
Question to you seasoned varmint killers? Do you need a permit to hunt fox and yotes or will a small game license do.

I do not know about fox but as far as I know all you need is small game for yotes and permission to hunt property unless it is public of course.

I'm pretty sure all you need is small game license.

For coyotes just your hunting license is needed. For fox you need the small game license  ;)

Thanks for the replys, kind of what I thought from reading the regs. Next question any good places around Kitsap County to shoot a fox. Think of trying the game management areas on the Olympic Pen.. I will be useing my 22 Mag for this which is more than enough i think. I have a 6.5 Swede I need to make a varmint load for and then I willl go for the big dogs and maybe a cat. If anyone is looking for a partner to hunt with on the westside let me know.
