I think the biggest rams there are 160 class, very respectable Calis.
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Does anyone know what the average points are when drawn?  I have 9 going into next season.  Is manson a good one to apply for?

there are so few sheep tags I don;t think points really matter much, more luck than anything in my mind.  Lots of guys with lots of sheep points, every year lots of people draw with less than max, any of the units would be good and rams like that could be had in any of them.

Max points for all the OILs doesn't seem to matter. ;)

I drew a bull tag for Dayton last year with 5 points but haven't drawn for any thing else.  I draw for all 5 in the state.  Deer I draw with someone with less points so I think it would be 4 this year.  It makes for something to look forward to every spring.  I'm actually looking forward to the general season for mule deer this year with the kids and extended family.  Just hiking up the mountain every morning and enjoying the sights and seeing what comes along.

Just means you are really unlucky and should drop out of the draws, you won't draw anyway.  :chuckle:

Thanks for posting, I always appreciate sheep pics from this state. I saw them once on the Colokum above west bar. That was cool. None the size that you posted though.
I'd rather be hated for who I am, than loved for who I'm not!
