Ironhead......Love that picture!  I can feel the frigidness from here.  Nothing quite like winter fishin' on the river.

You got anything on the bottom of that boat inside?  Had a wood drift boat a few years ago, the damn thing would freeze and made it impossible to stand up in it.  You'd almost have to wear shin guards from banging into the seats on stuff.

 Mulyslyr,Yea that was a cold one. It was the last day of the season last year Feb 28th, and we drug the boat up on the rocks to drain the 25 gallons of snow melt.Tthe boat has a zolatone bottom that gets slick with bait and fish slime but isn't to bad in the snow. Here is a nother pic of my buddy that day.

Here is my 16 foot alumacraft...my boat isnt the prettiest but is very reliable and seems to guide me to the fish...beats the heck out of the old 12' boat! Here are two friends of mine on the palouse river fishing for cats...takes me a week to scrub the brown ring off of the boat!

It,ll fish to over 10,000 just have to fish the edges and seams. If I had a choice however I like it at 1,700.
