LTL's first Blacktail
« on: February 28, 2010, 09:20:14 AM »
Here is a photo of Longtatlaws first Blacktail.  Finished it a couple days ago.  Guess it is the way I took the picture but I modified a standard shoulder form into a Wall Pedestal so the deer is facing the center of the room.

I was removing the meat off a couple bear skulls when he called to come pick it up.  Wanted to get the skulls done since my hands and arms were covered in blood.  Didn't want to get the camera all nasty.  So I snapped a couple quick pictures.  This is the only one that wasn't fuzzy or to dark.  I need a new camera.

Michelle, great job as usual.  I would have liked to see a photo with all the blood on your hands and arms. :chuckle:  Oh well maybe next time.  John

I admire a good-looking hide just as much as the rack. This one has an exceptional hide. What a beauty!
