We’d like to share this information of an upcoming outdoor event for women, 18 years and older: a one-day workshop-Introduction To Waterfowling. Our hope is that you’ll post this at your club, mention it in a meeting or include this news real soon in your publication, if the timing is right. The event is March 27th. Washington Outdoor Women program (WOW) is in its 13th year. It is an outreach education program of the Washington Wildlife Federation. It’s non-profit and all volunteer. WOW”s dedicated instructors encourage an informative, relaxed, non-competitive experience! All of WOW”s workshops are hands-on learning in relevant settings. This workshop event takes place at a private Hunt Club near Monroe, WA..

It includes setting decoys by hand or boat, calling, waterfowl ID, using a retriever in the field, shotgun patterning and clay targets and highlighting the necessary equipment for this traditional sport.
