Sad but true; let's hope its a little better than last year. We were hiking out of a rappel fire in central Oregon and were seeing MOUNDS of ticks. And multiple poised and ready on branches... one of the gals on my crew pulled 24 off of herself (luckily not embedded yet) upon our return.

Holy cow.   Were only half way through the month and these are some great photos. It's going to be tough to pic a winner out of all these.   Very nice everybody.
