Im in for monroe and skagit as well.  when you get drawn will there be a outline on where the hunting is? I am so used to unit 437, and dont even know where to start anywhere else.

Is it possible to buy just the bonus point for Spring Bear?

Yep.  Points only is the last selection in the list.

Yeah, maybe I'll have to go with that choice first.  Chances of drawing on the first application is pretty low anyways, huh?

The chance of drawing depends on what unit or units you put in for, and your chance of drawing is zero if you only apply for a point.

I put in for Aladdin, Monroe, Kapowsin, and Copalis. It's my first time applying so my hopes are not up. If I get drawn for any of the last three it will be a bit of a scramble since I've never hunted any of those areas. I put in for them based mostly on draw odds and the fact that they are close enough that I could do some scouting on weekends if I need to. I'm familiar with the Aladdin unit but it's a heckuva drive for me.

Got my fingers crossed.

Do you realize it's quite expensive to hunt the Kapowsin unit, due to the access fee?

Putting in too. Hope to get drawn. Already got my spots picked out depending on what unit I get drawn for. An if I don't oh well points, I guess lol.  :)

Copalis. Whoever draws there has to get an access pass from Rayonier and you need to watch the borders. Not sure if I want to draw this year as I'm coaching 2 little league teams. I do have some Saturday afternoons thru Sundays open so I'm sure I'd make time. That honeydew list can wait. To those who draw have a great spring hunt!

I guess I need to hurry up and make up my mind if I want to put in for an area or just put in for points.
