problem submitting spring bear ap

does anyone know why when i try to submit my wifes spring bear ap it wont let me everytime i hit the submit button nothing happens it just reloads  >:(

just called WDFW and they said it wont be fixed today but possibly by tomorrow.
if not you can call this humber and do it over phone.

It's been a mess. I tried buying all of my tags the other day. The website denied the transaction, but my credit card was still charged. Got it squared away today. Submit by phone.

No bumper sticker yet, though I seriously thought about it a couple years ago.
