Great work on the cat Charlie. As the couple of comments made each cat has it's own features. Just look at peoples cats and dogs (pets) they all have different facial and muscle tones and colors. I love the base also with that piece of wood you chose. Keep up the great work.  :) :) :) ;)

Wow three pages!! I can't wait to pick that thing up  Yeah Muleyhunter that is a piece of Juniper I got from another buddy of mine that does fish replicas. I cleaned it up and put three coats of lacquer on it before I took it to Charlie . Im kind of a wood guru with the business I'm in ;) I took it to Charlie with a "vision" which he matched perfectly for me. When I get it home I'll decide on wood species to make the base or pedestal for it to sit on. I have plans of adding snow and some sage into the habitat as well.

I know you squared away with the taxi but the guide told me he feels a little shafted. He said you stiffed him on every turkey he has guided for you too. He did say that he will settle for a bull elk in return one of these years.  :chuckle:

Awesome mount Charlie!!! I really like the eastern cats, they are so much lighter and seems to have a thicker hide then the ones over here on the west side. Anybody got an explanation for that? Does it have to do with more sun and more cold temperatures?

That's a great looking cat, I don't care what anyone say's! And it seems as though everyone say's it's a great looking cat!
