Strother Bows Review
« on: March 11, 2010, 07:49:30 AM »
Well I have finally shot all the bows in the Strother line.  These are some really nice bows.  The best out there probably not but they do rank up there.  If you are a fan of short bows the Vanquish is for you this is one smooth shooter.  I'm not a fan of short bows but this one may change my way of thinking.  For all of you Bowtech Allegiance fans, the Infinity takes this up a notch.  Speed freaks, the SR-71 hits this catagory hard with a lower price tag than the Monster or Destroyer.  Target shooters, the Inspire has it all.  Good speed for 3-D, accuracy for spots.  The predator camo looks great on these bows as well.  I will post some pictures of my Inspire later.

Yes production is a little slow right now, almost a crawl but it's getting better every day.  Stother orders have already surpassed the first couple of years that Bowtech was in the market.  Say what you will about Kevin Strother.....the man can make a bow that shoots.

Very nice bow,  saw it in person and it is nice.  In the right hands this bow will shoot lights out.   ;)

What's that bar for hanging off the front? Is it for tickling the elk or deer right before you shoot it in the arse? :-)

NWWABowhunter is really a Vegan.  But he does give arrow fletching lessons.  Was it a heavy wind or something that night Ren?  :dunno:

This is a bow report not a shooting style folly.  :P

This just in.  Wilderness archery in Bow 360-724-3135, just north of Mount Vernon has in stock 1-60 and 1-70 lb SR-71's, 70#'er is all camo 60#'er is black riser camo limbs.  1-70 and 1-60 lb Vanquish's, 1-60lb Inspire and a 1-60lb Infinity.

These are hard to come by and will go fast.  There is a long wait if you order one.

Don't be a hater Cory.  :P  YOU know these bows shoot good.  So what if they are a copy of 5 other designs.  What out there is original anymore?  The Legend?  Those are going to collect more dust from staffers than the 09 Bowtechs.  :chuckle:

I have been shooting the MM too.  Nice bow.  I will keep everything a surprize until Redding.  Speaking of what's the weather gonna be like this weekend down there?  Let me know how it goes.
