Hey thanks again Carl and BigDog - I'll just keep looking. In the area was I was at 2 weeks ago in Index, 2 different people have told me that they are there, they hear them & see them once in awhile. One of the guys who basically lives up there year-round was even telling me specifically where they are at during what time of year, time of day, etc. Dont know if he is full of it or really knows but info from the other guy I can count on for sure. So I think I'll take the time to check out the area again and scout around looking for the signs Carl/Bofire was telling me about. And try to be more sneaky this time vs stomping around the bushes and middle of the road. When I 1st went up there I figured it was gonna be all 'pied piper' style - I'd howl on the Big Dog and they'd howl back and come a runnin! Now that I understand that is a pipe dream I'll go in there with a different frame of mind.
Hey, did you ever hear back from that 'seansfire' guy on the "Coyote Help" thread about hunting on his in-laws property in Key Penninsula? I sent him a PM a week or so back but never heard back. I'm thinking he got hit up by a bunch of people and probably with alot more experience than me! But that'd be cool to get together out there or someplace else in the not too distant future.
