How do you put in for that tag?

Same as any other special permit.
When does season close?

You know about every other time I went out, my hunts were like Scott's.  Half the time it's a real butt kicker.  Like I said before you gotta love working the dogs or you won't go very often.  :)  Awesome Story Scott, congrats on a GREAT job!!!!

Here's an edited version of the video footage. Because youtube is quite picky about footage, we show the first shot only. The first arrow hit one lung high plus the spine and would have killed the cat, but Cindy arrowed it again so that it would die quickly, which it did.

Cindy is a taxidermist herself, when she skinned the cat she verified the arrow path and she checked the teeth closer. She said the teeth appeared to be very worn with one canine completely gone, she figured the cat was most likely quite old.
