At least 4 elk (3 bull & a cow that I can remember) permits and at least 3 or 4 antlerless deer permits. But like Bobcat said, it depends on what you apply for and more importantly HOW you apply.

put them in order of hardest to draw to easiest to draw. It makes no sense to put your toughest draw as a 4th choice.

It makes no sense to put your toughest draw as a 4th choice. It makes sense if the hardest to draw tag is the one you want the least. If you want the easiest to draw tag more than any of the other four, it should be the first choice.

If you want the easiest to draw tag more than any of the other four, it should be the first choice. It still doesn't make sense, because there's no chance of drawing it. It would be like putting a doe permit for a first choice and the Desert buck late rifle permit as a 4th choice. Why would someone do that?

(amount of permits vs. applicants) and then put them in order of hardest to draw to easiest to draw. It makes no sense to put your toughest draw as a 4th choice.
