Having never been drawn myself, I don't know, but I heard something about "packets" being sent to successful applicants...
I contacted the Biologist for the area I applied for (Lincoln) but seeing as to it took the bio 3 months last year to get back to me on an elk question, I don't have very high hopes of hearing back until after the season....
But you might try that...http://wdfw.wa.gov/hab/ahb/identify/search.php?searchby=Region&search=Region%204  or   teammillcreek@dfw.wa.gov

If you are drawn the timber company that owns the land you'll be hunting will provide you with a packet with maps and stuff...

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
