Michelle is good at making bear carcasses into rugs and does a nice job on the skulls. If I decide to do another rug she'll be getting my business again. Even though it's a 2 hour drive to drop it off I feel comfortable working with her and confident in her abilities.

From what I have seen all the Taxidermists on here seem to do a great job and would not hesitate selecting them to do business with.

As far as field care is concerned I think that the links above are sufficient. As a note I would pay attention to the cuts around the paws and around the rear legs. It's not hard to do and if you don't feel comfortable taking apart the paws or taking out the skull then just leave them on and let the taxidermist take care of it for you. When I knocked down my first bear I had no trouble taking it apart and would not expect most to have any as well.
