bearless to date
« on: March 19, 2010, 02:16:03 PM »
hopefully this year will change, i've gotten onto a couple bears in the last several years but never had a clear shot
2 years ago in august i hunted 17 day that month without seeing a bear
last year i jump a bear two days straight at twenty yards and didnt get a shot due to thick cover
maybe this year will be my lucky year

it'll all come together, started with me two years ago. i used to never see bear but i really got after them, learned my areas, learned where and what to look for, and now im pretty confident when i head out. now there one of my favorite animals to hunt or just to sit back and watch, they can be entertaining :chuckle:

Duckmen1,

Keep at it. The key is food so focus on learning the primary food sources in those areas.
