Hancock Permit?

I heard there wont be a permit required for Hancock access this year, anyone know if this is true?

North Bend Hancock property is already sold out of permits, fastest they ever went this year.

There's a permit required for all sections, although I think you can walk in without one for White River.  It's trespassing if you walk in without one in the Kapowsin sections as far as I know.
Word is they're talking about raising the price next year.
