My buddy drew Kapowsin as well.  I've never hunted it but I hear you guys talking about the temporary Hancock permit available for those who draw.  Does Hancock give out a temporary "buddy permit" for me to go out on the property and assist my friend while he is out hunting the land?

Hey all I am new to the board but am the buddy of NWTFHUNTER. Got drawn for the Kapowsin bear hunt my fourth choice and also my first year I have put in for the Bear hunts and was hoping the Monroe hunt since its where I live. Going to be tuff to juggle Turkey and Bear this Spring beings that its a lil bit of a drive to get down to go hunt Bear but it is closer than Spokane. I wont be road hunting thats for sure cant stand it so Im sure I will be up in the hills a few miles in. Good luck to everyone that drew tags this year. Any help would be appreciated.
