awesome youth turkey weekend
« on: April 06, 2010, 09:02:31 PM »
hello hunting-washington fans. i was able to kill my second tom this weekend with my dad and our friend mike. they made me get up at 3:00am. we hit our spot in the field around 5am. what a cold and long hour for me, but it was worth it. 2 toms flew down nearby. they were out of range for my 20ga, until mike hit the rite note then they came straight to us. i killed the first one and missed the second.then later in the evening i missed a jake, and missed one the next morning. what a fun time!! i should add that i turned 9 years old sat, what a great b-day :mgun:

Very Nice and thanks for Sharing!

Is that a Rio?  I have a hard time telling the difference between Merriams and Rio's but it looks darker  :dunno:
We must reject the idea that every time a law's broken, society is guilty rather than the lawbreaker. It is time to restore the American precept that each individual is accountable for his actions.
