I think he's kidding

OICU812?   :chuckle:  Isn't that a Van Halen album?  Nevermind, that's OU812.

Is the taste of the bait worth the sting of the hook twice?

i was just updating my journal before seeing this post. I caught a 2lb+ largemouth on lake sawyer on 2/31. I'm not sure what the temps were, but a few days earlier they were about 44f (h20 temp). and on 3/27 I caught a new personal best smallmouth, 3lb5oz in sawyer. temps were 53f. The guy who took me out and taught me a lot about bassing caught two more SMB's that day, in the 2lb+range.

I'm planning on going to Mardon april 15th-17th I think to mostly fish for bass, but hope to put a couple walleye and trout in the smoker too.
