The offer:
$2000.00. Serious inquiries only, please. The taxidermist said he was 1.5 to 2 years old.

Well, all things considered... not bad work for a 2-year-old.  :chuckle:

I just had a huge laugh, I called the guy and acted like I was interested, he wouldnt take $1000 so then I started telling him it looked like it got killed by a shovel, he says I dont know I just own it..... He tells me its was probably over 200lbs on and on finally he comes down to $1000 then I tell him Im with the FBI investigating him for illegall sale of game animals now hes really struttering, I ask him if he stole it and so on, it was I would say definelty stolen he didnt have a clue and finally hung up on me.  He was an asian guy, and needed to sell it for personal reasons....  To funny what a joke.

Hmmmm, went to look at the ad and it was deleted.  Probably a good thing.  As far as I know it is illegal to sell cougar in WA.

Though 3 years ago I was talking a gamie and he was telling me that they messed up on something (I think the way the law was written or a new law) that made it legal.  He even crossed it out of the Fur Dealer and Taxidermists Rules and regulation pamphlet I picked up and signd it.

I would be suprised if that is still true.  They had to have fixed it.  Either way I am not going to test it.

Pictue it laying down, head and shoulders well up. Ears laid down out to the sides. Both eyes looking up at the forehead, pointed in. It looked like a cartoon....
