New string
« on: April 28, 2010, 12:57:52 PM »
How do I know when I need a new string on my bow? Above the lower cam, Bear lights out, the serving is gone on about a half inch section. The string looks fine, not frayed or anything. Do I need to replace the string right now or can I shoot it for a little longer. Also, when I do replace it what should I go with?

Thanks!

nope... pay xXx to either reserve it or build a new one.  The price will be right, the service good, and the end result better.  At least that's my experience with custom strings.
