It sure wasn't the skill of a hawkeye.  Spring football has begun.  I bet the broncos are preparing for their one tough game of the year.  LOL  Just kidding.

Just ate three drumsticks and the thighs last night.  Cooked them in the crock pot.  Feels like I am chewing on a rubber band ball.  Tastey, but chewy.

I soak them in salt water overnight, and then in milk for another night, regardless of how I am cooking them.  Most times I just make jerky.
