so tempted to go back on the 14th with this nice weather but i just cant afford to go two weekends in a row.
so gonna bite the bullet and wait till the 20th to head over.

Even though it "always" rains up there, like you said, the reports are not accurate that far out.

Good luck !!! , Nothing like getting wet one drop at a time, especially if your seeing fields of bears...  Can't say why, but I have a feeling you will get one this weekend. Oh ya your going to have to concentrate on the bears and not the cozy tent with the human heater in it...

I hunted that unit with a spring tag last year and feel your pain.  hunted 8 days before i finally connected. I never saw a bear until that day (which ironically was this day last year, May 23) and saw two within 10 mins of each other and was able to get the second.  keep pluggin along, though.  I am attempting to attach a pic it but i'm not real good with these "confusers" so I apologize in advance if it doesn't come through
