feed over trail cameras

does anyone know if the law passed on putting feed out over trail cameras for deer, elk, bear, etc
i saw a lot of peoples posts have this last year and herd a law was supose to pass banning it
is this true

They try to ban it every year it seems. I think someone in Olympia is a "baiter" ;)
