That is a sore subjet I really don't like to talk about.

To make a long story short I started mounting a deer at 11am.  By 10pm I was so frustrated and pissed off that I pulled the mount apart and cut the head off the Reasrch form I was using and than off a McKenzie form I had and put the McKenzie head on the Reasurch form.  Than started pretty much all over with the mounting.  Didn't get done until 4am.  I just had to buy one one of those forms and try it out.  It was just one of those days.   The heads just suck!


I will probably buy another one here in the next month or 2 and try it again.  Everytime you try something you learn something.  I think I have figgured out what I need to do with the next one.  With out having to cut it off.

The black tail mount is looking great, sounds like a blast wish i could have gone there with you, looks a lot better than the books i have been reading at college. If you get a chance you should post some pictures of that bear you were telling me about.

I dont really have any other than this one but you can kinda get the idea about the color... it"ll make a pretty cool rug other than its rubbed a bit

Michele, The only thing good about research is the quick mailing and cheaper mailing charge thats about all I can think of right off the top of my head

That Bull, is looking really good, keep it up, and keep posting pictures. Make sure you pay attention and take good notes, because i don't want my taxidermist falling short when it comes to my mounts
