So I can draw quality, bull, cow, and disability tags, but I can only fill one of them.

Yes. It helps if you use the correct terms. You don't draw a tag, it is a permit. You can only have one tag but you can have multiple permits. Once you "fill" your one tag, you are done. You can participate in all of the special permit hunts that you have drawn, until you use your tag (if you ever do.)

Yes, and I'm sure there are lots of people who have yet to even find out about the changes. They will find out while standing in line at Wal Mart on May 26th, and won't have a clue as to what applications, or how many, they should purchase.  Don't be surprised if the WDFW extends the deadline this year.   :bash:

I can hear it now.. Due to the last minute Luie's buying their tags and permit applications we will be extending the special permit application time by 2 months. :chuckle:
Politicians like Jay Inslee are the reason we have the 2nd Amendment
