Coyotes and crows ate my apples...
«

I went out and check two of my cameras this weekend. I put 20 lbs of apples at each station along with some feed and all I got for pictures were of coyotes and crows stealing the apples. Anyone else had this problem? I know there's elk in the area because I see them every time I go.

I do not set out cams so excuse me if I am wrong, but if you see Elk everytime you hit the area....why set out cams there? Don't you risk sort of disprupting the area, especially by placing bait and drawing in extra other animals into your elk zone?

I assumed that the elk and deer would be on the apples. I know theres bear and coyotes in the area also. This really isn an area where I plan on hunting just a spot I thought Id have some fun with my camera's to get some pics.
