no I have not, But I think you still need a certain amount of people out there to make that a decent hunt.

haven't heard anything like that from anyone.  i usually am on the up and up with the valley fish and game down low.  i would like to see less rifle tags given out aswell as muzz., archery tags they can do whatever with.  i have some friends that get drawn out there every 2 yrs. and it's so hard to get a deer out there with a bow.  check the stats on the ytc.com not alot harvested w/ a bow.

and as far as needing the people out there, if you scout the deer out there before your hunt, scout, not drive there are a lot of decent bucks out there.  i saw several nice bucks 26-28", even one 3X3 with eye guards that probebly pushed 30".  we weren't able to get on these bucks for several days out there due to military activity in that unit, but somehow other hunters accidentlly went into the closed area and harvested a couple of deer according to range control personal which was disapointing because when we went in the area to find those deer they weren't to be seen. i got a nice deer out there and my friend got a nice deer aswell still.
Work sucks!!!! I should be shed hunting
