not yet, so far BBQ backstrap, BBQ burgers and meat loaf. im going to try some brats. any tips

Just keep it simple the first time, keep everything ice cold while processing and cook fully.

do you use a separate stuffer or is that an attachment on your grinder? all i have is a grinder with the sausage attachment
