We have used many types, but the one in the pic is a small kitchen grinder with stuffing tube. It works great for real small batches.

You can pick them up at Cabela's by themselves or as part of a kit. Most outdoors sporting goods stores sell the kits. Just read the package to make sure it comes with the casings.
