My New Bowfishing Bow

 :IBCOOL: well guys and gals i bought another bow what a suprise :chuckle: this is a target model xlr 09 elite it has the cuda cams custom strings very fancy bow i got it all set up and ready to fish. it has the ams retiver like most of the bows i use or have they are a very safe reel and a muzzy fish hook rest. i will talk about that in other posts as well 55-65 pounds can't wait to test her out :IBCOOL:

You have a good looking set up w/the boat and bow !    carp better stay in the dark and deep  ;)

i am not from that area, there are carp all over the place. from lakes to rivers to creeks it is open almost everywere year round as well. if there is any lakes near you or slews off a river thats near you check them out here in a few weeks the role will start and they will be spawning and they will be on top of water. the best months are june and july.

Silver lake down near longview has several carp.  Be sure and don't shoot the grass carp for last I knew the fine was 80 dollars a pop.  Have seen some big ones down on the columbia when tide is in a little back in the brackish water.  Will have to wait until late June/July for the best luck there though!
