« on: May 09, 2010, 09:39:57 PM »
there are several tips to help start ya out on your bowfishing adventures. look for carp in lakes/rivers/creeks some ponds they are about every were so you don't have to look to hard ;) the next is always aim low the fish refracts in the water and is really deeper then it seems. the amount you have to hold under the fish depends on the angle the steep the angle the less you have to hold under the fish. another great tip is always ware polarized sunglasses they will help you see into the water and cut down on the glare the fish will look more gold color and stand out.
