strawbails

was just curious if i were to use practice broadheads in strawbails, would that tear em up pretty quick like a normal target?

bails are bad, arrow punches right through them and tears the fletching right off.

I use a cardboard box filled with shrink wrap and never had a problem shuts a 310 ft per second arrow right down

dang.. i just hate going back and forth sighting between broadheads and fieldpoints since i only got 1 bow. there any tricks or ideas u guys use so that ur not constantly moving the pins n sights?

Instinct try the broadhead G 5 Montec.

I make no adjustments to my pins all the way out to 40 yards.

just curious why you have to change your sights between fieldtips and broadheads

Practice with the field points and switch to broadheads before hunting season.

I have two sets of broad heads, one set for practicing, and one set for hunting (use the same set's though).

i notice when im sighted in wth fieldpoints and i slap on a broadhead im shooting high to the left everytime.. using muzzy 75g broadhead... alright ill give the g5's a try when i get extra money but prob wont be till i get a new job.

I couldn't get the montecs to fly worth a damn but the shuttle-t locks fly exactly like my fp's.

x2 but i shoot out to 100 yards in practice "never at a animal" and they fly the same and i have shot about 20 brands of heads and my montecs are the only heads that i have had that result with.

Lower your rest 1/32 of an inch, and move it to the right the same amount.  You should not have to resight for broadheads.

Haven't tried the montecs but I love my shuttle t locks.  Partly for this reason, tried some muzzy's and some cabela's both wouldn't match what I had sighted in for my fp.  Switched to the t locks and haven't had a problem.
