Excellent work John on the eye ring. A lot of people have difficulty on that. The whole bird turned out beautiful.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I'll be posting up a pic of the bird I mentioned last month that I had the opportunity and privilege to mount. It is a duck that is rarely taken in this part of the country. I just got it mounted and is drying as we speak. Everyone on this site are seasoned hunters sooooooo, any guesses out there?
I'll keep an eye out and if you need a couple of clues, I'll give them to you. Talk with you all soon.
