river side archery in mt vernon has a great deal on last years PSE super short I considered it but went with the X-force because of my shorter draw length and to keep speed! I think he is selling at his cost just to get it off the rack> he can set you up with everything you need with great deals and super friendly

No matter what you do shoot as many as you can before buying one.  What fits and works for one person may not be good for you.  Bows are very personal pieces of equipment.  There are plenty of good bows out there sold as packages for not a lot of coin.  Get one of these and practice a lot.  Not only for you but you owe it to the animal to practice.  As you practice you will find things that you like and dislike, then outfit your bow ith higher end accessories.

Things that you want to look for in a bow.

-The higher the brace hieght the more foregiving.  Choose a bow with at least 7" BH
-Longer axel to axel bows are also more foregiving.  33"-36" is good for hunting.
-Make sure that you are measured correctly for draw length.  Some bow shops are lazy with this and will sell you a 30" draw bow when you should be a 28".  I see a lot of guys here that have just bought a bow from the local dealer that are way too long for them and they struggle being consistant.

Good luck.

OR...just buy a Hoyt Alphamax or Maxxis.... if you dont think they are good shooters.... you've got issues!

If still looking for a bow:
I've bought two bows from Kitsap Archery. One new Diamond Edge an a used Mathews Switchback.
Hwy 3 before Bremerton Airport. As stated before shoot as many different bows as you can.

Give littlejohn a PM he works at a bowshop right in Centralia, probably has some used bows there or some new ones you could try out.
