i thought the black ones were only in south America and protected watch out deer one more predator hunting them now :chuckle:

About 3 years ago one of our bear hunters got video of a live black cougar here in WA. I saw the video myself, have tried everything to get a copy, no luck.

that would be crazy wish i could see that i have heard of guys killing dark cats like more of a brown then a tan but never seen a black one :yike:

my dad was telling me that when i was a kid, we were up hiking into a spot to go fishing and he seen something black run throught the trees he thought it was a bear but after he found the tracks it was a nice cat track

While archery deer hunting in Danville years ago i watched a black cougar for about 5 minutes or so, it was early archery season and lion hunting hadn't opened yet...
