Strange Plant !!

I found this along my driveway a couple weeks ago and have been waiting to see what it is and so far it has not changed except it may be a tiny bit taller from when I first spotted it, anyone know what it is ??

I was thinking the same thing an asparagus mutation....but the whole gay asparagus also works

I did find several more of these things around the same area but still no identification on them, what a wierd little plant !!
