My friend used to shoot WB.  The WB is hard on fletching.

I shoot the Limb Driver.  I chose that one because the launcher sits on a spring at rest.  When you draw the bow, the spring will gradually lift the launcher.  This way, if you happen to pull harder, it won't jerk your arrow.

I swear by my Ripcord Code Red.  My bow has never been more accurate and the rest clicks in the up position and stays there until you shoot the bow.  The arrow is fully contained and has rubber all over so there isn't any noise.  Awsome rest.  Will never look back.  Way, way, way better groups than with my WB.

I shot a WB for years and absolutely loved it. Dropped many deer with it and did very well with local 3D shoots...it was a PITA to get adjusted, but once it was dialed it I was very, very happy with it. Certain vanes didn't last as well as others, but I ruined more by shooting tight groups than by the WB.

I switched to a Limbsaver fall away and haven't looked back--not so much because I shoot better with it, but because I also shoot FOBs instead of fletching...something you can't do with a WB!
I also have an "arrow holder" in front of the rest so I can walk around with an arrow knocked on the string...then just draw when ready. Quick and quiet.

My buddy has gone through 5 or 6 fall-aways one his Bowtech and settled on the LimbDriver. It would DEFINIELY be my first choice in a fall-away. Excellent rest. The limbsaver I have now is #2...
I left it better than I found it...did you?

Look at the QAD ultra rest its a full containment drop away. Once you lock the rest in the up position you can come to full draw and let down and the rest will keep the arrow at full containment until you actually. Your arrow also won't have a chance to rattle around like some of the other "full containment" rests, unless you tip the bow upside down.
I agree I have the ultra rest on both my hunting and target bow I love it.

I tried the whisker biscuit for two years and never achieved the consistent accuracy I was looking for . Seemed like I was always fighting it and I worked on my form & bow the whole time I had it. I switched this year to the Trophy taker drop away ( full containment , side load ) and love it. I'm shooting now better than ever and my bow is way more forgiving. With the whisker I could touch my fingers to the grip & change my point of impact @ 40 yards by 4 ", because the arrow was passing through the whiskers the whole arrow length and as stated I'm sure it had to do with my form / setup. Now that I switched to the drop away , I can change grip, tip bow, change form / shooting stance etc and my point of impact is always the same. I wanted more forgiving and I totally achieved it with the drop away. I won't try it again. Mike

i realy like my quad ultra as well. i was shooting a wb and i love the idea of them, once tuned is was just as accurate as any other rest but what i didnt like what that it did tend to tear up fletching, you end up getting the wave on the tips of the fletch. and the wb's wear out oveer time.

another vote for the QAD ultra rest, best rest around!, I've had mine on my Allegiance for over two years now, and would not consider another rest, zero problems after two years.

I lost a piece I needed for my qad ultra rest (never put it on and didn't think I needed it) and couldn't get my center shot adjusted. I sent qad an email last friday evening askin them if they could send me the piece. Tuesday morning I got an email sayin it was in the mail and on the way, it was waiting in the mail yesterday when I got home. Great customer service if you ask me, just another reason to deal with them.

I just bought one of those NAP Apache rests.  Kind of like the Shakey Hunter rests with the containment system around them.  Tool-less adjusment - so far so good. I've been shooting the thing for a couple of weeks.

I have the Spot Hogg Whammy rest. It provides positive downward movement and does not rely on gravity (spring activated like a trigger/sear). It also has very fine positive, REPEATABLE vertical and horizontal adjustments! Being a prong type holder, you can’t turn the bow 90 degrees onto its side without loosing the arrow’s position – not full capture.

After using Loctite on all the set screws, excellent performance!

For me, so much of this is about being able to make an adjustment and then return to the previous setting without trail and error…just like adjusting my Leupold scope.

Oh, and it works wonderfully with my 2 inch Blazer vanes.

i have shot the wb and a fall away and i think the wb is def a lower maintenance rest. u will have contact with the wb but u know u r going to when u get contact with the fall away u r trying to figure out why and if you r still in time. if it came down to it i would prob pick the wb because of the maintenence to accuracy factor.
